Little Seed Evolution Child Care Center in Ogden, Utah is seeking an energetic, caring, and dependable Full-Time Cook who finds joy in preparing healthy meals for children. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves working in a positive, family-oriented environment and enjoys knowing their work helps children grow strong and happy every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children according to our daily menu.
- Learn and follow our recipes and CACFP meal guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
- Follow all company safety, health, and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with teachers and staff regarding meal times and dietary needs.
- Label and store food properly.
- Record meals using our tablet-based Point of Service system.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, reliable team player who enjoys working around children.
- Basic cooking skills and the ability to follow menus consistently.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Must pass a Utah background check.
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit required.
